	In the spirit of our Congregation, which is a spirit of joy-filled simplicity, we endeavor by word and example to promote a community atmosphere conducive to growth in the spiritual life. This joy-filled simplicity flows from the very source and center of religious life, the Eucharist - the Sacrament of Love, the sign of unity, and the bond of charity.
	As a family gathered together in the Lord's name, we consider our first and most important mission - the mission of love.
	Essential to the vitality of community life is a well-balanced daily order which allows adequate time for necessary prayer while taking into consideration the demands of the apostolate.
	Also periods of recreation provide invaluable opportunities for the building of community through sharing with one another in our pursuit of perfect charity.
	Periods of prayer and meditation are practiced throughout the day.
